Our sixteen antenna sites are located so that most of the North Canterbury will be able to access the service. Most main antenna sites have 2 or more backhaul links in to provide redundancy.

Subscribers need to be able to see the antenna site to connect to this service.

At all subscribers house an antenna and wireless radio connects the computer to the Internet. More equipment may be needed to connect to multiple computers or equipment.

Our network has a low latency (or ping time) which can be as low as 6ms to 15ms from your connection to our Internet back bone. A ping to most New Zealand web sites can be as low as 20ms.

We peer with the Christchurch Internet exchange ( CHIX )

We have 2 main fibre connections and 1 one backup. All are in differenet locations through two upstream providers.
